1. You must be a person over the age of eighteen (18) years, or over the age of twenty one (21) in those states where 21 is the age of majority. We do not restrict any countries, as long as u do not cheat !
2.We offer 50% of the gross revenue generated by our webmaster partners. Payments are done by CCBill.
3.WETSPOTCASH will pay you for visitors that enter our website(s) through your WETSPOTCASH links. The amount you are paid is 50% of the gross revenue of the sign-up/
4.You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. No traffic from sites that contain material which constitutes an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person’s intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other rights.
5.If you send hits from any site containing CH*LD P*RN your account will be deleted and all monies will be forfeited. Also, any hits from websites containing obscene material, including without limitation any material depicting bestiality, rape or torture will be terminated.
6.WETSPOTCASH HAS A NO SPAM POLICY! If you violate this term of the agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.
7.We will not be held liable for any loss due to server downtime, net congestions, and any other similiar problems
8.We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds.
9.We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have CHEATED by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID.
10.Indemnification. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WETSPOTCASH, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "losses"), insofar as such losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (a) any claim or threatened claim that our use of your trademark(s) infringes on the rights of any third party; (b) the breach of any promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by you herein; or (c) or any claim related to your site.
11.All WETSPOTCASH program benefits materials, including, without limitation, all advertising banners, photographic materials, recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you by WETSPOTCASH as part of this program shall remain the property of WETSPOTCASH and may not be copied or reproduced, altered, modified or changed, broadcast, distributed, transmitted or disseminated, sold or offered for sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world except as expressly authorized by WETSPOTCASH in writing.
